| Abstract: | Kansei Engineering is a quite new research field. The paper introduces the background of Kansei Engineering, its research content, common methodology and applications. Then with the respect to the issues of image retrieval, the paper discusses how Kansei Engineering could be applied in establishing image retrieval system based on Kansei features. Finally, it points out the major problems awaiting solution both Kansei Engineering and image retrieval system based on Kansei features. |
