| 摘 要： | 观众是我国各职业篮球俱乐部的无形资产,观众满意度是影响我国CBA联赛上座率的重要因素,也是保证CBA联赛可持续发展的重要基础.目前,CBA联赛已成长为我国最具影响力的体育赛事之一,研究观众满意度对于促进联赛比赛质量的提高,保持联赛的健康发展具有重要价值.运用调查法和数理统计等方法对2006-2007赛季CBA联赛观众满意度进行了实证性研究,并提出了相关建议. |

| Abstract: | Audience is immaterial capital of professional basketball clubs in China.Audience satisfaction is an important factor to affect the attendance rating of CBA matches,and also an important foundation to guarantee the sustainable development of CBA.At present the games of CBA is becoming one of the most influencing sport games in China.The study of audience satisfaction has important value to promote CBA game quality and healthy development.It measures audience satisfaction of 2006-2007 season of CBA games in a perspective of positivism and puts forward some suggestions. |
