| 摘 要： | 教育是人类文明的推动器。全面建设社会主义和谐社会必须构建符合和谐社会要求的新的高等教育模式。当前我国高等教育在自身体制和运行机制等方面还不适应日益深化的经济、政治和文化体制改革的需要,与和谐社会对高度教育的基本要求:教育的公平,利益的平衡,人的全面发展相距较远。主要表现在:教育不公平现象较严重;教育投入总体不足;人才培养结构和模式不合理;教育体制改革思路不全面。针对这些问题,本文认为要构建符合和谐社会要求的高等教育新模式,必须坚持科学发展观,尊重高等教育发展规律,努力实现教育公平,深化教育体制改革,始终把人的全面发展作为高等教育的核心,促进高等教育持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Education is to promote human civilization.New model of higher education should be constructed in the construction of the harmonious society.At present there exist such problems as the partiality of education,the balance of benefits and the all-round development of human beings.To solve these problems we should construct the new model of higher education to meet the needs of the harmonious society,stick to the view of scientific development,respect the development law of higher education,realize the impartiality of education,deepen the reform of educational system and take the all-round development of human beings as the core of higher education in order to promote the consistent and healthy development of higher education. |
