| 摘 要： | 大学生的心理健康问题是和谐校园建构的重点关注对象.因学业与学费、人际关系的处理、情感、就业等因素的影响.当前大学生的心理存在着普遍的焦虑.而与此相对的心理健康教育现状却不容乐现,新时期中国高校的心理健康教育必须采用新的途径与方法.
