| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,必须保障人民群众整体利益的和谐,但在人民的根本利益不断得到维护和发展的同时,仍然存在着物质利益、政治利益和精神利益不和谐的问题。要保障整体利益和谐,就必须以发展生产力为中心,建立健全畅通的利益表达机制,完善利益均衡的保障机制,重构道德规范。

| Abstract: | Ensuring the harmony of the people's collective interest is the necessity of building socialist harmonious society. At present the people's basic interest has been maintained and developed continuously, but there are still some problems in the gains of material, politics and spirit. So in order to ensure the harmony of collective interest, Chinese people, based on developing the productive forces, must construct sound and open mechanism of expressing interest, perfect the guarantee system of interest balance and rebuild moral standard. |
