| 摘 要： | 设计了基于PLC的白酒灌装生产线杂酒回收利用控制系统。控制系统以西门子S7-200 SMART PLC为控制中心,西门子SMART 700 IE V3触摸屏为人机操作界面,实现杂酒的回收和再利用。直观的人机界面设计,操作简单方便,实现了对杂酒回收再利用过程的实时、有效监控。工程应用结果表明:系统运行稳定、安全可靠,达到了预期目标,具有一定的推广应用前景。

| Abstract: | The control system for the recovery and reuse of miscellaneous liquor in liquor filling production line based on PLC was designed.The control system used Siemens SMART 200 PLC as the control center and Siemens SMART 700 IE V3 touch screen as HMI to realize the recovery and reuse of miscellaneous liquor.The intuitive human-machine interface design,simple and convenient operation,realized the real-time and effective monitoring of the recovery and reuse process of miscellaneous liquor.The results of engineering application show that the system is stable,safe and reliable,and achieves the expected goal.The system has a certain prospect of popularization and application. |
