摘 要: | 劳动不仅是个体创造生活世界的实践手段,还是个体显现人的类本质、实现自我发展的实践途径。因而,劳动教育具有人之何以为“人”、人之以何成“人”的价值导向与综合育人作用。“职业人”是个体社会化的应然归宿与身份确证,劳动教育对职业启蒙的意蕴投射实为生活世界中实践导向的内在要求与社会需要。劳动教育应当回归人的身体意蕴,把握其真;应当转向人的工具意蕴,发扬其善;应当激活人的创造意蕴,实现其美,从而促使个体成为拥有完整主体生命、能过德性生活、能创造美的“职业人”。

Career Enlightenment Implication of Labor Education in the New Era from the Perspective of Life and Practice |

Abstract: | Labor is not only a practical means for individuals to create the life world,but also a practical way for individuals to show human nature and realize self-development.Therefore,labor education has the function of value orientation and comprehensive education of what people think of as"people"and how people become"people"."Vocational person"is the natural end result and identity confirmation of individual socialization.The implication of labor education on professional enlightenment is actually the internal requirement and social need of practice orientation in the life world.Labor education should return to man's physical meaning and grasp its truth;turn to man's instrumental meaning and carry forward his goodness;activate man's creative meaning and realize his beauty,so as to make the individual become a vocational man who has a complete subject life,can live a virtuous life and create beauty. |
