| 摘 要： | 知识管理是与知识经济社会相应的一种管理理论和方法，它是将知识作为组织中最重要的资源进行有效管理的实践结晶。本从经济学、管理学和社会学三个视角，以知识资本理论、企业知识理论和组织行为理论为出发点，着重探讨知识管理的理论基础。

| Abstract: | As a relevant management theory and method in knowledge economy society, knowledge management is a practical result by effectively managing the knowledge regarded as the most important resource in organization. The paper stressed on the theoretical basis of knowledge management from the three aspects of economics, managing science and sociology, and basing on the start point of knowledge capital theory, enterprise knowledge theory and organization behavior theory. |
