| 摘 要： | 运用搜集文献资料、进行社会调研、分析比较等方法，以国内外学校体育教育的现状分析为背菁，从素质教育的角度，阐述了目前我国学校体育教育中存在的问题。明确提出：学校体育教育是全面实施素质教育的重要途径之一，应包括身体、心理、文化和思想等诸多方面，具有多元性。现代学校体育教育要以健康为目标，突出个性化，培养创新意识，同时要努力开发学校体育的连带功能，只有这样，学校体育教育的功能才能在实施素质教育过程中得到充分发展。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary research,investigation,analysis and comparison,and by analyz-ing the present states of P.E teaching at home and abroad,the author expounds the problems existing in China's school P.E from the angle of quality education.It is clearly pointed out that school P.E is an im-portant approach to the complete implement of quality education;it should consist of a diversity of aspects as in physique,psychology,culture and mentality.Modern school P.E should aim at health education,with the key characteristic of personality,with the purpose to develop originality,and meanwhile,we should strive to devel-op other related functions.Only by this way can the functions of school P.E be fully exerted in the course of implementing quality education. |
