| 摘 要： | 决策是领导工作的核心,是一切事业兴衰成败的关键,决策的失误是最大的失误.一着不慎,全盘皆输.行政决策是决策的一种,它具有决策主体的特定性、决策客体的广泛性和既定决策的权威性.现在已经进入新的世纪,我国也成为WTO的新成员,加速推进行政决策的科学化尤为重要,同时也具有更鲜明的时代特征.

| Abstract: | Policy making is the center of leaders' work and the key to success for doing everything.The mistake in policy making is the biggest mistake. As the proverb goes,one careless move and the whole game is lost.Administrative policy making has the speciality of policy making subject,breadth of policy making object and authority of set policy making.With the advent of the new century and China's entry into the WTO,the acceleration of making policy making scientific is increasingly important and characterized by the epoch. |
