| 摘 要： | 探讨了联盟中知识转移的效果。首先提出了知识转移效果的概念，并将联盟中的知识转移效果划分为获得知识的主体数和所获知识的丰富度两个维度，以此构建了知识转移的效果立方体模型，在此基础上，建立了知识转移效果的评估方法和模型．给出了知识转移效果的表达式，最后，提出了一些能提高联盟中知识转移效果的建议。

| Abstract: | The problem on knowledge transfer effect of an alliance is studied in this paper. After the concept of knowledge transfer effect is put forward, we classify the knowledge transfer effect into the number of the bodies who acquired knowledge and the abundance of the knowledge, and then discuss such two kinds of effects from different dimensions. Based on above analyses, the cube model of knowledge transfer effect and mathematical models of knowledge transfer effects are constructed and computational formulae are presented. The research can give some guidance and suggestions for firms in an alliance to promote and control their knowledge transfer effect in practice. |
