| 摘 要： | 外包作为一种获得竞争优势的战略管理工具,自20世纪80年代后期开始,从美国逐渐蔓延到日本、欧洲,成为全球企业界的一股潮流.随后,外包被引入大学管理,并在节约成本和提高效率方面显示了潜在的优势.本文详细探讨了外包在西方大学的应用与发展情况,分析了其流行于高教界的原因,探讨了其中存在的问题,及应采取的对策,以期对我国大学管理提供有益的借鉴.

| Abstract: | As a strategic management tool to obtain competition advantage, outsourcing has spread from U.S.A. to Japan and Europe since 1980s. It has become a fashionable trend in the global business circle. Later outsourcing was introduced in university management, displaying potential advantages in economizing costs and raising efficiency. This text probes into the development and application of outsourcing in western universities, analyzing the reasons for its prevalence in higher education and the existing problems and the responding measures adopted. It expects to offer beneficial reference for university management in our country. |
