| 摘 要： | 加强干部队伍建设,是高校党建工作的基础工程。要搞好高校干部队伍建设,就必须:建立和完善干部选任的竞争机制,实现用好的作风选人、选作风好的人的目的;建立和完善干部队伍的培养、使用机制,使这支队伍素质高、能力强,前沿干部奋发向上、后备干部数量充足;完善干部监督机制,将自我监督、上级监督、群众监督、财经纪律监督和组织部门的日常管理和监督等有机结合起来。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the cardre contigent is one of the important basic project in Party building work in universities.To do well in the building of cardre contigent in universities,we must: establish and perfect the competition mechanism in selection and appointment of cardres so as to select qualified cardres in good working style;establish and perfect the mechanism of training and using cardres so as improve the quality and competence of cardres and to make the cardres in position work in high spirit and provide adequate candidit cardres;and perfect the mechanism of supervision so as to combine self-supervision and the daily supervision from higher authorities,the masses,financial department and organization department. |
