| 摘 要： | 借鉴现代组织理论进行学校内部教师团队建设,力图有效解决当前学校内部管理中存在的弊端和问题,打造＂和而不同＂的团队和＂和而不同＂的教师。其具体做法包括：营建共同愿景,形成优秀的团队精神;实施校本管理,营建良好的团队文化;拓展多元视角,打造多样的和谐团队。
