“和而不同”型教师团队建设的思考与实践

摘    要:借鉴现代组织理论进行学校内部教师团队建设,力图有效解决当前学校内部管理中存在的弊端和问题,打造"和而不同"的团队和"和而不同"的教师。其具体做法包括:营建共同愿景,形成优秀的团队精神;实施校本管理,营建良好的团队文化;拓展多元视角,打造多样的和谐团队。

Abstract:To mold teachers and teams of "harmony allowing diversity", we may refer to modern organization theory to solve the problems with school administration.This goal can be fulfilled by means of common expectation and excellent team spirit, implementing school-based administration, constructing fine team culture, and creating diverse harmonious teams.
