| 摘 要： | 唐代统治者从国家治理的需要出发,结合当时佛教势力极度膨胀的情况,制定了一系列行之有效的法律,对僧尼与寺院实施规制,使得佛教的发展能够大致保持在统治者的掌控之内.这对于当代中国与佛教乃至全部宗教事务关系的处理和规制有借鉴意义.
