| Abstract: | PDCA cycle principle applied to teaching skills training of the new posts of teacher, it help to self - improvement and innovation teaching of the new posts of teacher and promoting teaching effectiveness. This paper the status of teaching the new posts of teacher, research purposes, the guiding ideology and the Implementation of the training programme were discussed. |
