| 摘 要： | 本文是对一例大学生网络成瘾问题进行咨询的记录及分析报告,结合求助者的相关资料和SCL-90测验、Young的网络成瘾测验的结果,从临床资料显示求助者问题的时间强度与严重程度方面,判断该男生属于游戏娱乐成瘾和网络交际成瘾两种网络成瘾类型。依据以焦点解决短期疗法(SFBT)为主体、认知行为疗法为辅的心理整合疗法对求助者进行了矫治,据咨询前后的心理测试的结果比较证明了本咨询的有效性。

| Abstract: | This article is a case report of the psychological counseling of a college boy with Internet addiction disorder.The results of both SCL-90 and Young Internet Addiction Disorder tests,together with the analysis of the appealing and clinical materials,indicate that the Internet Addiction Disorder of the subject falls into two categories:i.e.Internet entertainment addiction disorder and Internet communication addiction disorder.A SFBT,aided of cognitive-behavioral treatment,was applied on the help seeker.A comparison between the test results before and after the counseling shows our psychological counseling is effective. |
