| 摘 要： | 本文从校园评论经的内涵及特征入手，论述了新世纪校园评论经的六大功能：导向功能；约束功能，创新功能，凝聚功能；激励功能，辐射功能，在此基础上，提出了新世纪现代高校如何进行校园文化（精神文化、规范文化、智能文化、智能文化和物质文化）的塑造。
