| 摘 要： | 当前大学生心理健康教育课程存在着教学思想消极、教学内容凌乱、教学模式刻板、教学评价单一等问题。积极心理学理念下的课程改革应从积极人格培养、积极情绪体验、积极环境营造三个方面入手，调整课程教学思想，改进课程教学体系，完善课程教学评价。
