| 摘 要： | 为了了解大学生的自卑心理与人际交住能力是否存在相关．本研究随机抽取徐州地区四所高校200名大学生作为被试，采用《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》和《大学生自卑心理诊断量表》收集数据。结果发现：本科生比大专生在人际交往过程中更具有优越感，因而能更好地进行人际交往。

| Abstract: | In order to know about the relationship between col- lege students＇ inferiority and interpersonal skills,this research randomly selected 200 college students in four colleges of Xuzhou as the testing objectives,and two tables are used to collect statistics. The result shows that undergraduates have more priority in interpersonal communication than students in higher vocational colleges, so the former can lead better inter- personal communication. |
