| 摘 要： | 教育发展方式转变与教育人才队伍建设紧密关联。当前,在促进教育内涵发展的背景下,我国教育人才队伍建设还存在诸多亟待破解的难题。基于此,本文分别从教师职前培养、教育培训、专业标准、教育人事管理制度四个方面对现存的问题进行了归因,并提出完善教师职前培养和教育培训体系,提高职前培养水平和教育培训质量,加强教育人才队伍的标准建设和制度建设等举措,以期为教育人才队伍建设提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The transformation of education development mode is closely connected with the construction of education personnel in logic.At present,there are still many problems need to resolve urgently in the construction of educational personnel in the context of the educational quality promotion.The article has illustrated the reasons from four aspects: teachers’ cultivation,education training,professional standards and education personnel management system.At last,the article has pointed out three solutions to the construction of educational personnel: improving teachers’ cultivation system and education training system,improving the quality of teachers’ cultivation and education training as well as improving the construction of professional standards and institutions,in order to provide useful inspiration. |
