特殊学校教师对随班就读的态度调查研究

摘    要:本研究对特殊学校教师随班就读的态度调查结果进行了分析。结果表明 ,从总体上讲 ,教师对残疾儿童随班就读的态度是积极的 ,但存在一定程度的不够理解或偏见 ,甚至存在对残疾人拒绝、隔离的倾向。盲校教师的态度相对其他三类特殊学校的老师来说最积极 ,聋校教师的态度最消极。目前随班就读师资的培训对提高特殊学校教师对随班就读的认识有一定作用 ,但一般的特殊教育知识技能方面的培训对提高特殊学校教师对随班就读的认识作用不大。教师的性别、所教的科目、职称、年龄等因素对特殊教师的态度影响不显著

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to find out the attitude special school teachers toward integration. The results have showed that.In general, the special teachers'attitude toward integration is positive. But some teachers still have prejudice to both children with disabilities and integration programs. In comparison,there was significant difference among teachers in different types of special schools. The attitude of teachers who work in the special school for the blind is the most positive.Hence the teachers who have received training related to integration have more positive attitude. For the teachers who work in special school for the mentally retarded, the attitude of the teachers whose age is under 40 is much more positive than whose age is in other stages. In conclusion,there is no significant difference between results and educational level, sex, trained or untrained.
