摘    要:长期以来高校后勤用工数量很大,但工资待遇偏低,而新劳动合同法的特点是着重保护劳动者一方的利益,贯彻新法将大幅度提高高校后勤用工成本。因此,高校领导必须转变观念,促进后勤服务完全社会化,将用工法律责任交给企业承担,或加大对后勤服务的投入,提高劳动者的工资待遇,否则,将会面临极大的用工违法风险。

Abstract:During a long time in the past, the employment for odd jobs in the rear service in colleges is big, but the payment is low. So the new Labor Contract Law issued in 2008 is inclined to protect the benefit of the labor. As a result, the cost of the employment will be a big rise. So the college leaders have either to change their minds to raise the payment or to speed up the socialization of the rear service so as to avoid the risks on the violation against the new law.
