| 摘 要： | 近年来，大学生心理健康问题越来越受社会关注．特别是医科院校的大学生，由于其所处的社会生活环境较其它普通高校特殊，随着社会发展和周围环境的急速变化，他们中越来越多的人面临着理想自我与现实自我难以趋近的矛盾等多重压力，从而导致一系列心理问题．探讨医科院校大学生健康心理养成对策，有助于正确疏导他们面对的各种心理矛盾和思想压力．
