| 摘 要： | “双师”型教师培养是高等职业技术院校师资建设重要内容，新建高职院校如何利用有效资源，不断提高教师专业技能和教学能力是高职教育重要课题。高职院校专业教师要依托区域经济优势结合专业特点，积极参与企业真实项目开发，并将企业真实项目引入教学实践，实现教师与生产实践相结合，不断提高综合素质。
