| 摘 要： | Polar心率表在运动训练中是最普遍的仪器之一,对运动训练起着重要的作用。根据足球运动的特点,足球是一种典型的间歇性运动。结合足球运动的特点,浅析polar表在足球训练中的运用,它能详细、深入地反映足球运动员运动生理负荷的分布情况,为足球教练员提供一系列参数指标,以便科学地指导训练,提高比赛成绩。

| Abstract: | As one of the most wide spread instruments in physical training,the polar sports tester made in Finland has important function on athletic training.Based on character of football,this paper discusses the application of polar sports tester.It can reflect the distribution of football player's physical workload deeply and provide a series of parameters for football coaches to guide the training scientifically and improve the performance. |
