| 摘 要： | 在高等教育迈入大众化阶段，高职院校成人学历教育面临着生源逐渐萎缩、质量良莠不齐等问题，部分高职院校成人学历教育出现举步维艰的局面。针对高职院校成人学历教育面临的新形势、新问题，文章从高等教育大众化背景下高职院校成人学历教育面临的挑战入手，提出高职院校成人学历教育在办学理念、办学渠道、教学改革和管理队伍等四个方面的发展对策。

| Abstract: | In the popularization stage of higher vocational colleges, adult education is faced with problems such as atrophic source of students, uneven students quality, etc, and even some higher vocational college adult education appears difficult situation. In light of the new situation, based on the adult education problems in higher vocational college, this article begins with education in higher vocational college adult education under the background of popularization of higher education and the challenge of higher vocational college, and puts forward the countermeasures to develop adult education in four aspects including educational idea, educational channels, teaching reform and management team. |
