摘    要:教师的教与学生的学这两者之间的关系问题一直是许多专家学者长期争论不休的问题,这一关系的实质是如何认识师生在教学中的地位和作用以及教学本质的问题。传统教学的教和学分别以讲授式教学和接受式学习为主要特征,该模式严重束缚了学生的创新精神,扼杀了学生个性的发展及动手能力,为此,教学必须由讲授走向对话,学习必须由接受走向发现。

Abstract:The relationships between teaching and learning have long been a controversial issue among experts. Their relationships can be interpreted to revolve around the different roles of the teacher , the student and the nature of teaching.The traditional approach to teaching and learning is characterized by the spoon-feeding in the teacher and the passive perception in the student, which impedes the student from their development in creativity and personality.Therefore, our teaching should be directed to "dialogue" from "monologue",to the active exploration from the passive learning perception.
