| 摘 要： | 运用文献法对我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状与发展对策进行研究。结果表明：培养单位仍以各级各类体校为主，后备人才队伍规模太小，是当前竞技后备人才培养中2个最明显的特点。造成这种现状的症结在于培养目标单一，法规制度不健全，资金来源不足，优秀运动员社会保障欠缺等。我国竞技后备人才培养的发展趋势为：培养单位学校化，投资主体多元化，管理机构协会化。对策为：树立正确的人才培养观念，有计划分步骤推进体制转轨，实现投资主体的多元化，完善运动员人才社会保障体系。
