摘    要:茶,在中国被誉为"国饮",具有悠久的历史。茶文化是中华传统优秀文化的组成部分;日本的茶和茶文化来源于中国,在长期的发展过程中逐渐演变成为具有日本民族特色的艺术形式和精神内涵。本文着重介绍中、日两国的茶叶历史、现状及茶道艺术,分析异同,从而加深对其文化心理的理解。

Abstract:Tea, which is considered the "national tea" in China, has a long history. Tea culture is the major part of Chinese traditional tradition. Japanese tea and its culture originated from China, and during a long-term process they developed into an artist form and spiritual essence which is characteristics of Japanese nation. The paper mainly introduced Sino-Japanese tea history, situation, tea art, and analyzed similarities and differences, thus further understanding its cultural psychology.
