| 摘 要： | 东正教是基督教史上东西教会大分裂的产物.关于其成因,史学界与宗教学界的观点一直相去甚远.就总体而言,史学界在强调基督教的分裂乃中世纪欧洲社会的政治、经济及文化之产物的同时,从根本上排斥了宗教纷争的独立性与自为性.笔者认为,对东正教的形成而言,各种纷繁复杂的神学争论不仅是权力之争的外化现象,而且也是与政治因素具有同样重要地位的致成因素,其存在的依据及内在动力即是西方长期对立的拉丁文化传统与拜占庭文化传统.
