| 摘 要： | 饭店管理是一个新兴的技术性、实用性强的应用学科。在该专业理论教学的基础上应重视与实验教学的结合。本阐述了实验教学对于饭店管理专业教学的重要性，列举了该专业实验课程的基本类型，并讨论了如何围绕实验教学的要求建设与管理饭店管理专业实验室。
