| 摘 要： | 作为口语水平测试，语音标准程度是普通话“说话”测试的基本和重要的观测点，许多人因此认为“说话”测试只管语音标准，将“说话”在语流状态中包含的“语音呈现”和“口语表达”两个要素进行了驳离，重“语音呈现”，轻“口语表达”。而笔者从、“口语表达”角度出发，在普通话测试评分标准中分析“说话”的基本要求及心理语境特点，从实用角度探讨测试“说话”训练的规律性途径，以提高普通话测试“说话”的训练效率，为“说话”训练和测试提供借鉴。
