| 摘 要： | 针对中小企业集群创新中合作伙伴集群创新能力评价问题,提出了集群创新能力评价指标体系,建立了基于Fuzzy综合评价方法的数学评价模型,为中小企业集群创新合作伙伴的选择和分析提供了一种科学实用的定量方法。

| Abstract: | As for the problem of cluster creativity evaluation of cooperative partners in the cluster creation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), the evaluating indicator system of cluster creativity is proposed to build a mathematical evaluation model based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which provides a scientifically and practically quantitative measure for selecting and analyzing the cooperative partners of cluster innovation in SMEs. |
