| 摘 要： | 西部高新技术产业开发区的建设在西部大开发以及缩小东西部经济差距中扮演重要角色,如何有效地对其技术创新能力进行分析与评价是值得研究的重要课题。本文研究并提出了分析和评价高新技术产业开发区技术创新能力的指标体系和方法,然后,对西部13个国家级高新区进行分析与评价,为西部高新技术产业开发区的产业调整和发展战略的制定提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | High-tech Industry Development Zone (HIDZ) in the west plays such a critical role in the west development and minimization the economical space between the west and the east. It is very important to analyze and evaluate the technological innovation capability of HIDZ. This paper first raises the index system and appraisal method,then analyzes and appraises 13 national-level HIDZ in the west. |
