基于CAE技术汽车覆盖件冲压成形仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了覆盖件冲压成形仿真理论以及冲压工艺,对冲压仿真流程进行了阐述。采用CAE技术ETA\Dynaform对某汽车盒形件进行模拟仿真,分析仿真结果,对其中的影响因素压边力和拉延筋进行了改进和确定。通过使用仿真方法,对板料的冲压成形及时进行观察和了解,针对成形后可能出现的缺陷问题,提出解决方案。在模具结构设计阶段改进局部结构,缩短了模具设计开发周期,提高板料利用率,为汽车覆盖件冲压成形提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The theory of the stamping forming simulation for automobile panels and process was introduced in this paper.The automobile box panel was simulated by ETA/Dynaform on CAE technology and the pressure force,one of the influencing factors,was improved and determined.The stamping forming of panel was observed by using simulation method,and the solution was improved to fix the mould local structure.Through the simulation,the design and manufacture period of mould was shorten and the utilization of blank was improved.It provided technology support for automobile panels.
