| 摘 要： | 大量的事实和研究表明，良好的非智力因素在大学生的成才过程中起着推动、引导、定向、调节、控制、强化、维持等作用，具有极其重要的意义，高等学校作为输送人才的主要场所，在发展学生智力的同时更需要重视大学生非智力因素的开发和培养。本文对加强少数民族大学生非智力因素开发的重要性以及如何开发与培养作了粗略的论述。

| Abstract: | Many facts and researches show that good non-intelligence factors,functioning as motivation,direction,orientation,adjustment,control,strengthening and maintaining,have great significance to the success of college students.As a main source of talents for the society,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the development and cultivation of the college students' non-intelligence factors while development their intelligence.The following article emphasize the importance of enhancing the development for the minority college student's non-intelligence factors and strengthening the training for the student's the non-intellectual factors. |
