| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护与贸易自由化的冲突为现代国际贸易理论和实务的一个重大问题，各个国家、各个不同的利益群体，从自身的经济利益出发，对平行进口提出了不同主张，采取了不同的措施，笔者通过对两种对立观点的分析，认为我国对专利权应坚持禁止平行进口政策，而对于版权和商标的平行进口政策则应顺应贸易自由化的发展潮流。

| Abstract: | Contradiction between intellectual property protection and free trade has become a main issue in morden international trade theories and practices On the basis of their own economic benefits, various nations and organizations have put forward different opinions on Parallel Import and taken different measures By analyzing two opposite viewpoints, the author draws a conclusion that our government should stick to the policy of prohibiting Parallel Import on Patent Right, and as to Copyrights and Trademarks, should be in accordance with the tide of trade liberty |
