| 摘 要： | 在散手训练中，应培养运动员理解和掌握时间差、反应时在步、拳、腿、摔进攻和防守时的技术要领，并对运动员进行反应时分析，开展针对性训练，从而在竞赛对抗中，把握关键时机，合理及时地运用时间差，最终取得比赛胜利。
