| 摘 要： | 在构建国家创新体系的进程中,企业与高校承担着相同的重要使命。而高等工程教育离不开工业企业全方位的参与和支持。学习借鉴发达国家高等工程教育企校合作的成功经验,结合中国实际,采取多种措施,尽快建立和完善高等工程教育与企业发展紧密结合的制度与体制,使企业全过程、多层次参与高等工程教育,形成校企共同培养高级工程技术人才、促进科技创新与转化的新机制。

| Abstract: | The responsibilities fall both on universities and enterprises in the construction of national innovation system.Without the support and participation of the enterprises,the higher engineering education can't go further.Successful cooperation between universities and enterprises abroad has set good examples for Chinese universities to take measures to set up and perfect a workable system for the cooperation of universities and enterprises in higher engineering education,which will educate and train sophisticated engineering staff and promote the innovation and transfer of new science and technology into application. |
