| 摘 要： | 依托普通高校培养后备军官是新时期我国国防建设的重大举措，国防生是一特殊群体，在国防生军训期间以及专业学习和日常的思想政治教育工作中，我们要积极探索，悉心研究国防生的特点，改进传统教育管理方法和内容，采取丰富多彩的教育形式，提高国防生思想政治教育的实效。

| Abstract: | Depending on the ordinary universities to train the reserving military officers is one of the most important measures of national defense construction of modern times.As the special students,national defense students should be given special training in military training period and ordinary daily ideological and political education.We should work out advanced ways of management and various education methods to improve the effect according to the characteristics of national defense students. |
