渭河藉河段水质污染的生物检测研究

摘    要:淡水资源的紧缺导致越来越多的污水被用于农业灌溉。通过分析蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生、水生生物多样性以及冬小麦种子发芽率的变化来监测天水市渭河藉河段水质的污染状况。研究结果表明,蚕豆根尖细胞微核在17.67‰~59.67‰。之间;藉河水培养的冬小麦平均发芽率较对照低19%;藉河水体中有浮游植物5门25种,主要为蓝绿藻;水体的Shannon—Weaver多样性指数均小于1.由此可判定,藉河水质为重度污染。

Abstract:Because of the shortage of freshwater resources , sewage water has being used for agricultural irrigation. This paper used the micronucleus test with Vicia faba root tip cell, aquatic biodiversity monitoring technology-and winter wheat seed germination rate to monitor the water pollution of Xi He reach in Wei river of Tianshui city. The results showed that the permillage of the micronucleus in the ceils of Vicia faba root tip was between 17.67%o and 59.67%0, the seed germination rate was very lower and the average seed germination rate which incubated in Xi He water decreased by 19% compared with the control. There were 5 phylum 25 species phytoplankton in XiHe reach, most of them are green algae and cyanobacteria, and the Shannon-Weaver of the water was less than 1. We can educe the Xi He water was heavily polluted.
