| 摘 要： | 农村经济体制变革和农村经济增长问题与农村稳定有直接关系,也是影响我国农村稳定的两大经济因素。前者面临土地流转、农业弱质、市场自身的困难和风险,后者面临农业的波动、农民收入增长缓慢、农民负担过重等问题。

| Abstract: | The change of economic system and economic increase has an immediate connection with the stability in rural area, which are two great economic factors that affect the stability. The former is faced with the land's transformation, the agriculture's inferior quality, the market's own difficulty and venture; the latter confronts the agriculture frustration, peasants' income increases slowly and the heavy burden on them. |
