| 摘 要： | “网络社会”的崛起已成为不争的事实,它为人类提供了一种“数字化”的生存方式。“网络交往”是一种全新的交往方式,它既拓展了人的交往空间,给人类文明带来了巨大的进步,又产生了一系列伦理道德及法律问题。要构建和谐“网络社会”,应加强网络法规对网络社会问题的控制力;充分发挥科技在应对网络社会问题中的作用;构建网络社会交往的基本伦理准则。

| Abstract: | The rise of network society is an indisputable fact and has provided human beings a digitalized existing style.Network communication is a brand-new way of communication which broadens the space of human communication,brings about the great progress of human civilization and at the same time leads to a series of ethic,moral and legal problems.The construction of harmonious network society should strengthen the control over social problems of network by means of net laws and regulations,fully play the role of science and technology in dealing with social problems of network and establish the basic ethic principles for network communication. |
