| Abstract: | It is the hinge that the elementary education is reformed that teacher character is cultivated ,and in the education teaching activity, teacher will strengthen the thought moral character accomplishment, and sets up the character education concept ,and by way of continuing education, self the entire character raised teacher to teacher, the requirement of elementary education development in order to suit the high quality cultivates person of ability that possesses synthetical character for the society. |
