| 摘 要： | 通过对中学体育教师继续教育的现状进行抽祥的调查,结果表明:中学体育教师的学习动机、培训内容或课程、教育方式、培训时间等还存在一定的问题。针对这种现状,提出在中学体育教师继续教育中要转变观念,改革培训模式、培训课程或内容,提高专业技能,促使学科更新等的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through a spot check of the States of the continuing education of middle school PE teachers,we have found that there are still a few problems of those PE teachers in the continuing education such as learning motivation,training content or course,training measures and the schedule.According to this situation,we bring out these suggestions that we should change our ideas,reform the model and the content,and improve the skills and renew the subject. |
