| 摘 要： | "北上广"是中国超大中心城市的代称。逃回"北上广"近年成为一股势不可挡的潮流。基层固化的政治生态让许多缺乏权力和关系网络资源的弱势毕业生在短期逃离后又匆匆地逃回。权力过于干预就业市场,使"权二代"凭借父辈的优势占据优质岗位,进而破坏了"双向选择,自主择业"的就业秩序。必须采取有效措施确保就业制度的刚性,护卫大学毕业生公正就业。

| Abstract: | The initialism＂ BSG＂ stands for ＂Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou＂, the three largest cities in China. ＂To return BSG＂ became an irresistible trend in 2011. Many graduates lacking power and network of resources es caped and fled hastily, for grass roots and solidified political ecology. Power to interfere in the employment market led ＂the second powerful generation＂ with parents＇ right to take advantage of high - quality jobs, and undermined the job order of ＂two way choice, own jobs＂. So we must take effective measures to ensure the rigidity of the em ployment system, and to protect graduates of fair employment. |
