| 摘 要： | 本文采用体育测试、体育统计、调查分析等方法，对普通高校开设定向体育选修课进行了深入的实验研究。并提出定向体育选修课是未来普通高校体育课的发展趋势，是进行体育课程改革，加强素质教育，培养创新人才的有益尝试，值得进一步研究与推广。

| Abstract: | A thorough experimental research on the directional selective P. E. course for colleges and universities was made with methods of test, statistics, investigation and analysis. It put forward that the directional selective P. E. course is not only the development trend of colleges and universities P. E. course, but also the useful attempt about reforming the P.E. course, reinforcing quality education and training creative talent. So the directional selective P. E. course is worthy of further researching and extending. |
