| 摘 要： | 本文运用电磁场的基本理论,对在时变磁场中的旋转半固态浆料受力状态进行了理论解析,并建立单极对旋转电磁搅拌器数值模型,应用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟,模拟了电磁搅拌器内的电磁感应强度分布和电磁力分布。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of electromagnetic field,the forced state on the liquid metal solidification rotating in the shifty magnetic field and the constant electromagnetic field are theoretically analyzed.It uses ANSYS for simulation,which includes building up numerical models of electromagnetic stirring device of three-pairs-of-pole,simulating the distribution of magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force field. |
