摘 要: | 课堂是教育的基本细胞,教育的目标是通过课堂这个最基本最重要的载体而达成的,因此课堂教学为大学生心理健康教育提供了一个崭新的平台。教师要针对课堂教学不利于大学生心理健康方面的问题,注重改善课堂教学环节,加强心理健康教育,辅助大学生健康成长。

Abstract: | Classroom teaching is the basic cell of education, and the most fundamental and most important carrier, through which education goals are achieved. Thus classroom teaching provides a new platform for college mental health education. Teachers should focus on improving classroom teaching and enhancing mental health education to help students grow up healthily in spite of its disadvantages. |
